Day two, day three, day four....
Yes, yes, yes! Didn't quit yet! Haven't heard from that negative nagging voice in my head yet, either, for which I am most thankful. Still expect that to happen, but here's an unexpected thing to report....When I woke up and could not fall back asleep in the night last night, one of the thoughts that went through my head was that I would like to go to the fitness centre!
The name of this place is Suncapsule Fitness. They have tanning booths at the front on the left and the equipment is on the right: from the treadmills there is a view of 100 Street and the morning traffic. There are so many exercise machines: treadmills, bikes, ellipticals, and what not, that I'm still searching for the few that are on my introductory plan. Members take a spray bottle and cloth and wipe handles and seats when finished at each station. My plan is for 6 days a week. Cardio to start each day, followed by upper or lower body strength training (on alternate days), core exercises and stretching. This takes 45 minutes to an hour.
